wheel spacers

just bought 1.5" spacers for my commander and there is no instructions on how much you are supposed to torque the lugs. i plan on using red lok tite on the spacers but i dont want to over tighten the wheels onto the spacers. bought them off ebay pretty cheep. hope i didnt get screwed.

My Spidertrax spacers said to use red locktite and tighten the spacer to 90 ft lbs. and the wheel on to the spacer at 90 ft. lbs.

Also when you tighten the spacers down, tighten them evenly all the way around in a star pattern. Start off tightening them to like 50 ft lbs and after they are all at 50 bump it up to like 70 and retighten them and repeat that until they are torqued at 90 ft lbs.

Thats how I installed my spacers and havent had any issues with them what so ever.

Just make sure after a few hundred miles you retorque them.
