How to get off the bumber to change headlights?

Hi,
I'm about to change my headlights to HID 5000K lights, but it seems like it's a big job. I was looking at the front bumper and it has plastic clips at the end that look like you can't reuse them.
Has anybody done this? Does anybody have any instructions to do this?

Thanks
Kristian

You can get a riveting tool from Harbor Freight and some plastic rivets from them if you break any when you remove them. It's an inexpensive tool and the rivets are cheaper at Harbor Freight than at the dealer.

Wait, you're changing the ENTIRE headlight assembly or just the bulb itself? If you're just upgrading the bulb itself you don't need to take apart anything.
