Unless you are going for a certain look, why not go to the dealer and have your factory DRLs activated? That's what many of us did. It may cost less and be less trouble.

The halos are glass so when I took it to get installed
One set was broken.Autobahn ordered another set for me
Two more Autobahn ordered them they where already broken total
Of three times. Finally got them installed headlights and
Fogs.two months later left side headlight halos stopped
Working.could have been just a bad experience. I would rather
Have led strip that's what I'm looking to do now.I wouldnt
Go that route again too expensive.headlights where $250.00
Fogs $190.00 at time I brought them.led strips can be brought
At reasonable prices.

Hmm.......Thanks for that info will keep that in mind. You had a shop install them I take it. Do you know if it was a wiring problem or just a bad bulb?

Re: Adding A Daytime Running Light Module?
I was able to have my dealer activate the daytime running lights. He said when using the starscan and a notice appears that the vehicle is not certified or equiped to have this function all the service tech needs to do is first change the country code for the vehicle to Canada and then they can be activated. After they are simply change the country code back to USA. Mine or working fine and I believe they are the high beams at a lower power when they are on. They come on as soon as the Commander is put into drive. The mirror turn down feature also works but we are still working on the turn signals flashing 3 times to pass or change lanes. Hope this helps
