Sylvania Silverstar ZXE

Anyone using these? I was looking into an HID mod. Saw these today in Autozone...

I have them and love them, but their long range visibility isn't the "best" imo. That is to be expected though, due to the nature of the bulb. They're about as close to HIDs as you will get unless you get those crazy dark blue looking bulbs that give you zero visibility. Also realize though that you won't get that "true" HID look (when looking at the car) because our headlight housings are rather large compared to the "bug eyed" HID projectors.

Lights fade over time, so it's hard to say. But better than a $15 bulb? Absolutely!

I used my brights tonight and was actually pleased at how much I could see. However, you will probably see a little bit further with something like the Xtravision or Ultras.

I recommend buying them on Ebay though. Autozone sells those for like $60 or something absurd, I got mine for $30 and $35.
