Cut bumper !!

I know that there are several threads about cutting the bumper but to me it always gets off topic and goes to the pinch weld I've been searching the forum and have found some pretty good pictures of members front bumpers but could we get some more info, I have no problem going out there with a skill saw eyeballing it but i would like some pictures of the underneath and what did others use? I was thinking of a skill saw or sawzaw then using a dremel to clean it up. And yet again i understand there are several threads about this but there maybe 2 pictures that are good but I would like something directly under the bumper looking up and also the topic always gets away from the bumpers.
