Tactical Armor Group also makes one. I bought it and it fits very well. Look at my photos for a picture.

Is there a steel bumper like this that is not so expensive ($400 or less)? I don't want anything special, meaning no winch mount, just holes for the stock driving/fog lights.

Steel Armadillo no longer makes bumpers for Commanders.

Bluelakeoffroad.com is the only company that I know of that currently makes custom front and rear steel bumpers for Commanders - and they are not cheap.

I think their base-line front bumper starts at around $600.00

Bad thing is their website is being rebuilt, so it's down right now.

All you can do is e-mail them.

EDIT: I have done a little research and there are some guys on a Bronco forum that have complained quite a bit about BlueLakeOffRoad stating that they go way beyond the amount of time they tell you it will take to make and ship your stuff - some guys have reported waiting in excess of 6 months or more and it's said they make you pay up-front.

Based on that maybe steer clear of them or call them and really do your homework before you order anything from them.
