Rhino Line or Line X Luggage rails

Hey everyone,

I did some searching and I did not find anything specific to this topic so if I am duplicating efforts, I apologize.

I was cleaning up the Commander this weekend and notices that the movable luggage rails is faded and loosing the textured material that was on there. I want to fix it ans was thinking of rhino lining it or buying some spray in bed liner to fix it. Has anyone already done this and how is it holding up?

I did it to my sport utility bars that I bought used last year and it still looks really good. A little painters tape, a razor blade, and a can of bed liner is all I used.

Did you sand down the paint that was already there or used self-etching primer?

Neither. I scrubbed it down with soap and water with one of those green 3M scrub pads, rinsed it very well, and let it dry completely.

I don't think I snapped any pics but I will try to do so this weekend and post 'em here.

Here they are. Holding up nicely. Sorry about the quality, I snapped them with my phone.
