Behind the grill-Hidden LEDs

So I was cruising the interwebs... came across some rave reviews on inexpensive LEDs, made with CREE LEDs, Nilite makes 2x6 18W clusters which kick out a lot of bright, blueish/white light.
I've been wanting to mount some lights and saw others put them in the fog light well on the bumper... not crazy about the idea. The bumper was an option. but I don't feel like getting my lights ripped off by someone "who needs them more than I do."

So, I came up with a plan, and it turned out beautifully... I put them on a homemade bracket, behind the grill.

Rundown: 24'' section of "all-thread" to make custom sized U-Bolts.
36" section of angle bracket(bought a damaged piece for $5). only need 24"
Bolts, and washers to match all thread.
Started to measure, scribe the bracket and place it in the radiator bay. the rest is pretty simple. (I'll explain wiring later)

End result, tested the amprage.... lead me to the conclusion that it would be safe to wire it directly into the Fog Lights. Easy enough and now I have a switch inside the cabin without miles of wiring and awkward switch sticking out of nowhere.

That's a different look;

Are you happy with the light output?

Yes, they're brighter and project further than my fogs. Plus it casts a nice wide beam that I can see from my driver side window, which is a huge plus for turning left at night.

Also, once I figure out my roof rack/basket situation, there is another bar option for under $30... It's got a left/right flood set up with 12 pot LEDs in the center... It's 72W. So I might be mounting that over head of I get the right roof set-up.

The LED Light bars I have mounted on the sides of my roof are Auxbeam 12" 72W LED Light Bars 7200lm Combo Beams 24pcs 3W CREE Chips.

I mounted them directly to the factory roof rails pointing slightly downward to illuminate either side of the trail I'm on when off-roading at night.

Here's a few pics:
