Exclamation 22" rims

Hey new to the site have always looked at it time to time but finally decided to join. Just bought an 06 commander and have been looking at 22s to put on. The whole offset and specs are really confusing me. I found some wheels for a steal and they claim they will fit but Im not sure. The specs are 22x9.5, 5x127, offset +15, with 265/35/22. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Ok here are the specs for the stock wheels/tires:

245/65R17
Wheels: 17x7.5 with 43.8mm offset / 6.0 inches of Back Spacing
Tires: approx. 29.5 inches tall / 9.6 inches wide

...and here are the specs for the new 22 inch wheels/tires:

265/35R22
Wheels: 22x9.5 with 15mm offset / 5.8 inches of Back Spacing
Tires: approx. 29.3 inches tall / 10.4 inches wide

The new tires/wheels will stick out approx 1.5 inces further then stock due to the width/back spacing of the wheels.

So to answer your question.....the will fit perfectly.
