JBA Parts / New Never Installed

Well the Commander is gone and I have parts never installed.

JBA parts are for sale for less than list price, and I will cover the shipping. My loss, your gain.

Al's A-Arms - $425
Al's Sway Bar Disconnects 2" - $175
Strut Spacer plates - $30
Coil Spring Isolators - Free if you buy any/all of the above.

I have these listed on ebay. Would like to use paypal.

Thanks

Purchased them Feb. 2nd. Commander transmission was failing so I traded it in. I opened the box, inspected parts, and placed them all back in the box. Never Installed.

I am in Texas.

A-Arms a little out of budget, but best of luck!

Fix the compatibile vehicle list on your add. That way more people will find them. It should be for 2006-2010 Jeep Commander and Cherokee.

Strut plates fit on top of the strut mount. They do not require longer bolts because we'll you can't replace the bolts on a strut mount.

And the strut plates and control arms are sold fyi

They can be removed. Omelet (WK) ran 2 of them stacked with longer bolts.

Instead of tracking down just the right size stud that would be a proper replacement only longer, I bought grade 8 bolts to use. The problem with using bolts and not studs is now the bolts could freely spin, where as the studs were pressed in place.

The new hardware:

Compared to the old:

To remove the stock studs from the strut plate, I used a 7/8 socket. After letting them soak for a few minutes in PB blaster I placed the socket under the stud, and after a couple good whacks they popped out.

Now I placed the new bolts in and welded the heads to the plate. After hitting them up with a wire brush, primer, and paint they your good to go.

I reassembled the strut assembly and they were ready to go back in!
