intake question

does the 3.7 and the 4.7 engines have the same intake design? as far as the routing for the intake tubing from the motor to the air filter box.

thanks

Now how is this any better than cutting out the bottom of the box?

You have either 1) A hole in the box, and all air goes thru the filter or 2) You have no box, with an exposed cone, and all air goes thru the filter.

Since you changed out, we will never know how much water "the hole in the box" let in! I am going to cut a hole in the box this weekend.....
