weird idle fluctuations and driving

Ok, been a little while since I have been on and haven't even got a chance to get any motor work done for last couple of months.
What I have is an issue with the engine not being able to remain in idle for long. I will get symptoms:
1. Idle RPM will jump to 1000 and motor will sound erratic
2. Engine code for implausible amount of fuel
3. Check engine cap error

This will happen during driving also, really annoying when I am on the highway and it goes into a throttle limp mode.

Has anyone had this? might it be related to the TB upgrade or something annoying like a fuel regulator? I still need to check the fuel pressure through idle and drive cycles.

Dave

Really sucks because I have a tone of parts waiting for install :(

Found the issue. When I last played with the stock headers I left off the heat shields... Jackass move. I melted the upstream O2 sensor wires and it was causing havok on my fuel ratio. Fixed those wires and insulated the headers... Problem splved
