Superchips Flashpaq 3875 help please!

Okay, I just bought a used Flashpaq 3875. Plugged it up to the Jeep, tried a quick tune, and got the message to update the Flashpaq on the computer. I downloaded the update program and created my profile. When I plug in the Flashpaq I get 4 pop up messages in this order:

(G1) FT_Close is not valid!
(F1) FT_ListDevice is not valid!
(E1) FT_OpenEX is not valid!
OpenEx failed

I left it plugged in and the program says "Currently Analyzing Hardware - Do Not Unplug Your Device" but isn't doing anything.

HELP PLEASE!? I should've figured this programmer wasn't going to be simple. I'm trying to post on the Superchips forum too but I haven't received an email to activate my account.

My Jeep is a 2007 Commander 4.7 flex.

I'm not sure, but the error messages seem to indicate a problem on the programmer. Can you try to re-update from your computer?

It's probably best to get hold of Superchips.

Problem resolved. I figured I'd do one more try before turning to Superchips about it and the mysterious sequence of opening, closing, plugging, and unplugging, of the tuner and program, along with the magical proper wiggle of the cord got it updated and Jeep tuned.
