Pulse Spark Plugs

I was just reading my PopSci and saw an ad for pulse plugs. They are supposed to do all sorts of great and fantastic things - of course. Has anyone had any experience with such things?

Link to an article about them...

Re: Pulse Plugs?

$400.00 for these plugs for the HEMI (16 plugs) ! $24.95 each. The explanation on the website of how they work and what they do is very interesting and I would be willing to give them a try but not at that price. Go here to see the price and to buy (if you must): https://www.pulstarplug.com/howtobuy...engine=1432223

Re: Pulse Plugs?

I think if they were worth it, mopar/chrysler would install them as stock. Expecially in something like the Hemi, where they want to push as much power as they can out of it safely. There is reasons why they dont put other performance parts in stock, like cold air intakes and high flow exhaust let out extra pollution, but if these pulse plugs have no downside and were worth the cost I think they would be stock.

I think that money and contracts decide what goes into their car and trucks.

Re: Pulse Plugs?

Very interesting. Presuming that intense spark wont damage the piston heads or anything else looks like it just might work. However, at $400 I got to have a few of you RICH GUYS make the investment and tell us about it first. (gg) john

Re: Pulse Plugs?

Yeah... the price outweighs the "might" work factor. If they were cheaper I would try some in the guinea pig (Cherokee).
