My interior door panel cracked around the door handle. I thought it was someting I had done, but if this is a recurring problem with others, it should be something Jeep should address.

Same thing happened on GMC vehicles.. the chrome interior handles started to chip and started to cause cuts on some hands I believe. GMC did a recall.

3 out of 4 of my door handles cracked. I removed the panel and repaired it with plastic epoxy and embedded strips of mesh drywall tape for extra strength. It has held up great now for about a year with no more problems.
