A question about the NAG1 tool ( Mongo)

Awhile ago we were talking about the dipstick tool for the NAG1 transmission. I did buy one through Ebay, and I think i bought the wrong one. The tool I bought is a round and spring like, with a 3" plastic tip with two temp readings, in celcius. I think the tool I need is a flat rolled steel type with an end that has many temp readings,in 10 degree increments. Does this sound correct? This is also on Ebay, vendor name Zdmak. Thanks for your help

NAG1 fluid requirement

Hi, As you seem to be someone who does Transmission Service on a Jeep Commander with the NAG1 tranny - I am assuming that you may be able to give me some guidance as to which fluid to use.
Thanks, Ozzie from Oz (Downunder)
