washer pump lines

I had a line come off. But can't get at it to re-attach.
Do i need to take the wheel well cover off to get at it?

Okay found it, next question.
Does it just slip on or should there be some kind of clamp?
I might try and ziptie it.

They are slip on design.
The nipple has a barb on it to keep it from sliding off......most likely, yours was never pushed fully on.

You should not need a zip tie.

Definitely not the easiest thing to get at. Stuck up in behind the fender.

It's the connection where the hood sprayers line hooks into. Near the windshield.
