What is it doing? Why are you having to reset it? Is it locked or the maps not working?

It is not the Nav system, it is the u-connect for the phone. Works for awhile then nothing happens when I try to use the phone or someone calls me. I can pull the fuses and put them back and it works again, but for only like a week before the same thing happens.

Sorry Creek, I haven't got a clue. I haven't heard of this problem before. Could it be a problem with the phone ?

It is not the phone, if I go to the front fuse box under hood, there are two fuses connected together which If you remove then reinsert it begins to work again but in a few days it needs to be reset. I learned the reset procedure from a post on this forum
