LIghts going out on the dash / air staying on...

I just got back from the dealer to get my sunroof tub/ tubes replaced due to leak. I also had three green lights go out on the top bar on the dash near the "Information Center" They fixed those as well. Everything worked for a day, now I have new dash lights that have gone out about 5 lights are out now. They have now spread future down to my a/c heat circle dials. Wondering if I have to pay the deductible again or I will just call him up and ask.. It has now been a week now.
Could this be a fuse I can just replaced?

Last thing is when I turn the fan to off it is now staying on...a very low setting. It continues to blow cool or hot air per the dial setting.

Drive back to the dealer?

I would say they screwed something up. Take it back and tell them to fix their f'up.
