Seat Belt Problems Help!!!

We had never used the third row seats untill last nite and one of the belts won't pull out of the seat but about half way. How do i get the seat apart to get to the winder and see what is going on? Does the back of the seat pop off? I don't see any screws in it. Has any one else run into this? And the trim piece on the drivers front seat that hold the controls broke, where I can get another one of these? Any advice are help on this would be great. It is a 2010 Commander. Thanks ronnie
