Question How to remove head rest of the second row center seat?

I have a 2008 Jeep Commander. There is only my wife and I using the car and we only ever need two rows of seats which gives us more room for stuff at the back when we go on trips with our off-road camper trailer. I have, however, noticed that the head rest of the center seat on the second row is blocking my view. I don't want to lay the center seat down as we often have stuff on all three seats.
Is there a way to remove the center seat head rest ?
Can anyone help?

Read it to the end, probably do not need to remove cover.

06 Commander Limited Hemi - QDII,
Past -89 Comanche, 98 Grand Cherokee (2WD), 2000 Cherokee, 05 Grand Cherokee Limited 4.7
Had to replace the brakes - they opened more gas stations in town

Thanks for the link. It did give us an idea where to look for the solution although in our Commander the buttons were in a different place. We did remove the cover and also broke a few clips in the process After an intense session with screwdrivers we finally succeeded. The headrest is gone
Thanks again.
