06 limited awd headache

Ok guys I don't even know where to begin my awd has been totally messed up here lately. My front elsd randomly makes noise going straight on pavement and acts like its engaging, my center diff refuses to lock at times leaving me spinning just the back or just the front. I hooked it to a scan tool and got one code u0415 in the final drive modual. However if in use the scan tool I can lock the center front and rear diffs with no issue I'm so lost this things really getting on my last nerve. Only thing I thought is I have what sounds like a front wheel bearing going bad but no abs codes and all speed sensors read fine. I did forget to mention if I turn right hard I get service 4wd light and the fdm claims my steering angle sensor is malfunctioning but it reads - and + fine when I bring it up on the scan tool. Sorry about the long post I just need help I'm so close to ditching my jeep but I really don't want to.
