2nd row skylight leaks

This is not the retractable sunroof drain above the driver/passenger seats, this is the solid mounted glass above the 2nd row seats.

My 2008 leaked while sitting outside over the weekend, it looks like black silicone is what is holding the glass in place and appears to have a hole, enough that I can see daylight where I shouldn't.

Anyone have a way to fix, or done this repair? It looks like the glass is simply stuck down with the silicone but I'm not going to just start prying on it.

Also looks like the trim ring (that holds retractable sunscreen) has been removed in the past, maybe some tried to fix it a while ago.

Any help or insight would be appreciated.
