The Dreaded Stalling problem

I had read other posts in here regarding stalling from low rpm take offs that attributed this to low oil level in the torque converter, but took mine to the dealer and they check the oil levels ( which were fine) and told me it was a software upgrade and uploaded the appropriate upgrade. I will post back if this solves the issue.

Ours is going in tomorrow. We have put it off as long as we can. It has stalled five or six times. The service writer that I talked to said that they has cleaned the throttle body on the ones that that had come in and that they had not had any come back in. He also said that they would check and update the flash on the computer if any were available. I am also taking a wait and see approach.

We love the Commander. It is the perfect vehicle. Hope that this trip to the service department fixes it.

I will also let you know.

Regards,

Chuck
