Adding clutch fan to '07 3.7L.

Summer is about to start here in the desert and I'd like a little more cooling insurance. I was hoping to add a mechanical clutch fan to my '07 3.7L, but it doesn't look like it was installed on any 3.7L's prior to 2010. Does anyone know if those parts will bolt up directly to the 2007 3.7L water pump pulley?

Part numbers for the 2010:
Fan clutch MOPAR OEM 55038106AA
Fan assembly MOPAR OEM 55038108AA

I have the Hypertech programmer that allows the adjustment of the electric fan, but the next lowest setting is 190. I'm not sure what the stock e-fan setting is, but when adjusted to 190, the fan stays on all the time. I've sent Hypertech several emails asking if they could include a tuner update that included 5 degree increments to better tune for my needs, but in over a year of emails, none have replied with more than a stock thank you.

According to quite a few parts sources, the 55038106AA clutch will directly thread to the 3.7 water pump. Example of one below. If you decide you are going to go that route, I have a brand new Mopar 55038106AA clutch in box that came with a heavy cooling kit I got for my 4.7 but am not using the clutch. List is over $100, but I'll sell it to a Commander guy for $40 if you want it. Unless you already have one.
Not my auction, just an example:

Would you recommend fitting a clutch fan to a Commander in temperate climates (i.e. not a desert)? What are the benefits?

Sorry, Jeff. I didn't see your reply until after I went to a junkyard and pulled one from a Liberty. Thanks anyway for the offer.

BiggerOnTheInside, unless you are towing or in the desert, it wouldn't benefit you much. I needed one because I'm in the mountains and desert twice a week in temperatures exceeding 110 degrees. At crawling speeds, I want more air passing through my fluid coolers up front constantly and not just when the electric fan kicks in. It's also a good backup in the event my primary electric fan fails, I can still get home.
