Buying an 06' 5.7L V-8 cy

I am getting ready to buy an 06' commander w/ 96,366 miles, what do I need to be looking for to make sure I am making the right choice?

Happy for any input you have.

^^ There is that, but there is probably a 85% chance it doesn't. It matters less now that it's fixable with the latest dealer flash.

Drive it around and listen for front end suspension clunks, especially when turning going over bumps. Test all windows, especially the auto up on the front two windows. Open the driver door wide and make sure the buttons still work. Stand outside the engine bay right after a cold start and listen for exhaust ticking that might suggest an exhaust manifold leak. Other than that, do your normal new vehicle purchase inspection, checking fluids (color, smell, level), checking for leaks, checking for options you might care about (like skid plates).

True.

Another common issue is leaky sunroof's or clogged sunroof drains.

And the ignition switch recall
