How do you get the fuel injector connector plugs off on Hemi

Hi
I am working on pulling the heads for a dropped valve seat but for the life of me I cannot see how to unplug the electrical connectors for the fuel injectors. there is a small red tab that does not seem to move. I have seen a video on how to do it but the electrical connector is not the same as mine.

I don't want to break them so I need some help :-)

My connectors are not like these, that would be to simple. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ag6TRCPI_cQ
