The front one is very easy,, like all cars

------ front ----
Push in the buttons on both headrest sleeves, pull the headrest up and remove.

-----

For the second row, you can find it in Cico's thread https://www.jeepcommander.com/forums/...light=headrest

----
Obviously your Commander is like mine (the export model "XH") where the headrest in the center seat of the second row is not movable !!, I think you have to open the cover behind the seat and unbolt the headrest (but not sure)

Second Jeep Commander, Current
2007 XH (International model), Green Metallic, Ltd, 5.7L HEMI, Quadra-Drive II
Spidertax 1.5" wheel spacer, K&N replacement filter
OME 2" Lift kit

First Jeep Commander,
2007 XH (International model), Light Graystone Pearl, Sport , 4.7L Quadra-Trac II.

On the front seats, I had trouble finding the release at first. It looks like a dent in the plastic, but it is there..........
