passenger seat lower than drivers

are even the power pass. seats like this? my pass. seat is manual.

The passenger seat even if power doesn't have the function to raise and lower the seat. Don't know about the 08 or 09.

Nope, no change, even in the Overlands. $45k+ vehicle and they go cheap on the passenger seat power options.

try lowering the driver's seat.

Yep, is a bummer. I like to sit high (to compensate for my shortness). In my WJ, both seats had the same controls and I was able to keep them level.
