Check on the actually pedal, up under the dash. When you depress the pedal, it moves away from the base and there is a spring piece of plastic the extents from the base causing the lights to go on. The base is metal and has a plastic/rubber protection that may have slipped off causing the brake lights to be on even if you don't have the brakes on. It happen to me, check with dealer and good luck.
