Any new P73 updates or info?

Taking my 06 back in to dealer tomorrow? Going to ask them to flash and clear 3 times consecutively...
Since I've read where a few people have had some Sucess doing this to clear the 4wd engage problem..
Fuse trick no longer works..

Grumpy - it may very well be that your transfer case actuator motor has actually gone bad and needs to be replaced.

That would be the most likely cause of not being able to shift into 4-LOW if you have already had the P73 campaign (REPROGRAM FINAL DRIVE CONTROL MODULE) completed.

This is the actual P73 notice if you haven't already read or seen it:

Got lucky today...Went to dealer asked service manager to flash P-70 code and clear 3 times...He reluctantly did it and I'm back in
business with my 4wd-lo...Will keep fingers crossed and hope for long term correction...Its been a good day on the rock in the middle of the pacific..

The P73 code worked for our Jeep for just over a year (was programmed at dealer with previous owner) but just got the "service 4WD system" light on the dash. T-case actuator motor also replaced just over a year ago. Here's my recent thread.

Sorry to hear that Kaiser...Mine was diagnosed as defective clutch pack, Which was not the case..
