Middle Row, Middle Seat belt

it is stuck, won't release or retract....any suggestions on where to look and take apart at?

2006 Commander
Unbolt the seat and removed the anchor bracket to give slack. It will come loose. There are threads about this on JeepForum

I've got this exact issue with my Commander, although it can be pulled out and used but the second someone uses it it just gets tight and then they can't move forward or lengthen the belt to get more slack without having to take the seatbelt off and then fully retract the belt and then maybe 10th time lucky you'll be able to bring the belt out again and repeat! @OBXCommander10 did you solve this?

@CommandingtheTrail any link would be really appreciated as can't find one, thanks.
