Seat Belt problem

On the passenger front seat the seat belt catch is difficult to buckle. Also when there is someone sitting in that seat, most of the time the seat belt warning light will stay on. No warning sound tho, Just the light. Looks like I need to replace that piece. Looking inside it, it something appears to be different compared to the others. Maybe something inside has broken off??? I took the whole seat out to see how it comes off and it's easy to replace it at least. Just have to find one.

Anyone heard of this one???
