Loose Steering

so about a week ago we had some snow here in New York. After the plows came through and everything froze up, there were some mounds of ice at the foot of my driveway which i decided to drive over (QT1).....got over it fine but ever since then my steering feels a little loose. The truck still drives straight, doesnt pull to one side, and the steering is still very responsive, but it just doesnt seem as tight as it was (the truck is brand new with only 400 miles). Now I could very well just be imagining things as i am extremely particular with my cars, but does anyone have any input or experience on this? should i bring it to the dealer?
