P0456,0457,0700 after O2 sensor changed

I had “bank 2, sensor 2” changed just over a week ago. I’ve put just about 300 miles on it since. This past Friday I got codes: P0456, P0457, P0700. Everything is factory, no modifications, fluids are all good and topped off during oil change last week. Never driven hard. Do you think that it’s coincidence it’s throwing codes and check engine light came on after O2 sensor was changed... Or is it possibly caused from the O2 sensor being changed maybe?
I have another gas cap that I’ll put on this evening and see if that helps.
It was impossible to change that sensor without having a rack...Thanks for any help!
