How to remove window switch?

2008 3.7 Sport.

I need to replace the window switches on my driver side?

Can i remove the trim and switch without removing the door panel, or is it necessary to take the whole panel off?

Thanks in advance.

@schrader;

Yes you can; the master window switch in the driver's side door will pop right out with a screw driver just disconnect the wiring harness connector & plug in the new one. You don't need to remove the door panel.

In fact I don't think it's any different on the '06 model than the '08 model, and if I remember correctly (I'm not 100% on this), I didn't even have to pull the trim off, I just gently pried the switch out with the trim in place when I replaced mine about a year and a half or so ago; Unfortunately, I only took an after pic, instead of a mid-point of the job pic and an after pic.....
