Question Anyone pull Snowmobiles w/ 3.7 V6?

Going riding Sunday, going to use our new-to-us '06 Commander to haul two snowmobiles on a covered trailer. It is about 2000# all loaded up (03 F7:520# and a '00 SXR 700:650# with a FLOE covered trailer:800#). Will it do allright?

I dont think you will have any issues, I pulled a few trailers and sleds with my V6 with no problems. Just your normal remember your heavier then you usually are rules and you should be fine.

Have fun out there!

I have pulled a 12 ft Utility trailer with 2 quads and a mini-quad with no problem. You definitely feel the weight.

What a GREAT Jeep!!!!

WoW!! I am impressed with this little 3.7. Pulled my trailer and two sleds just perfect not one lick of problems. Pulled way better than my old '94 Ranger w/ 4.0 V6 with mods and 4:10 gears. Got about 12 MPG. Maybe I should reconsider the 4.0L in the WJ when it comes time for me to get my WJ. Was thinking about the 4.7 V8 but hell, if this 3.7L pulls this good and the 4.0L has more HP and TQ plus less weight to carry, I'll be all set.

God I love Jeeps!!!!
