I did a Google search and it looks like if you are looking for the 4X4 shop in Colorado they have gone out of business.

I don't know if you want to call it going under. Clifton decided to close and move to TX and reopen a shop devoted to Beadlock wheels and he may expande once settled. He did not like the "Big Business"

Poison Spyder Customs Under New Ownership!

Banning, CA: Larry and Cheri McRae are the proud new owners and caretakers of Poison Spyder Customs. The McRae’s including daughter Cortney, are excited about this new venture and Larry commented, “We, like so many, have known and respected the Slays for years. We know how hard they’ve worked and sacrificed to build Poison Spyder Customs into what it is today. When we heard the Slays were simplifying their life and dropping the Poison Spyder Customs product line, we had mixed emotions. We were excited for our friends in the 4 wheeling community who decided to travel down a different path, but were disappointed that the Poison Spyder products would no longer be available. Cheri and I wondered if we could do something about it. Clifton and I had a meeting at the SEMA Show and the rest, as they say, is history.”

Cheri said, “Our goal is to build on Poison Spyder’s solid foundation and continue the Heritage in Hardcore. With my husband’s history in the rock crawling industry and his passion for hardcore wheeling, Poison Spyder seemed like the perfect fit. We are very excited to have Clifton and AJ’s guidance and blessings. We intend to create the same quality, Made in the USA products we’ve all come to expect from Poison Spyder plus a few new ones.”

Larry added, “As you can imagine, we’re a bit overwhelmed. We are starting this venture with no inventory and we’re in the process of sorting through all drawing files to determine our first production runs. During this transitional period, we are asking for your patience and your input in shaping the new Poison Spyder Customs.”

Highlands Ranch, CO: Clifton and AJ Slay enthusiastically announce the passing on of Poison Spyder Customs to the McRae's. Clifton and Larry first encountered one another during the 2001 Petersen's 4 Wheel & Off Road's Ultimate Adventure. A friendship began there that continues as Clifton entrusts Larry and Cheri McRae to carry on what he began. Poison Spyder Customs was created on the foundation of innovation from real world off road enthusiasts and hardcore wheelers. Larry and Cheri are the natural choice to carry on this lineage as wheelers, strong supporters of the off road community and their history within the dirt world. Clifton will continue to consult with the new Poison Spyder Customs and assist in the transition. Bestowing the elements of design that are the keystone of PSC's hard core component line. Clifton exclaimed " I look forward to standing side by side with Larry and Cheri in this en devour, and to watch them continue to evolve Poison Spyder with their drive and enthusiasm".

Clifton and AJ will remain close cohorts with the McRae's and Poison Spyder Customs as they branch off with their own new endeavor. You will find the Slay's engaged in spawning American Rock Rods and continuing on with the Spyderlock beadlock wheel line.
