How much view out of the dual skylights is Blocked from the Factory Cross Bars?

Guys, I was wanting to buy the Factory Cross Bars but my wife doesn't want me to because she enjoys having the rear two skylights. She thinks it will totally block the view. How much of a view out do you have with the 3 available front mounting locations?

If you tried, I think you could almost block them out entirely.

my factory crossbars do not block any view. however, one concern i have always had is the shades that covers the skylights is quite tight and should not be pulled on by a young child. IMO.

"Block out" is a bit extreme. We're not talking lunar eclipse here. I would say the bar may somewhat obstruct or interfere with a clear view. But, as mentioned, you can move the bar around to suit your needs.
