Best upgrade to date...

OMG, I just installed a FlowMaster 50. It is without a doubt the best thing I've done to my whip to date. Streetside had it for $110. What a difference.

Blue 2006 Jeep Commander Limited, 4.7L... AFE, Flow Master 50, Jeep Slush Mats, Grab Handles, 1.5" spidertrax, RC 2", and hacked AVIC-Z120BT w/ infinity refs all around + 320GB music library. Need a basket badly! Also need new rear bumper! (dam u blind spot)

Its more sound then anything. You really dont gain anything noticable from just swapping out the muffler. Maybe if it was a whole cat back system.

I love my flowmaster 50 too. I also opened up the intake with a cai and can really feel the get up and go throttle response power. It made all the difference in the world in the way the commander accelerates for me.

It does seem to have better response. I would imagine with a CAI it would increase. I'll find out soon! :-)
