need quick help with LCA bushing replacement

im replacing my LCA bushings, and im having some trouble with the rear positioned bushing. i got the old one off, easy enough, but the new one is slightly different in that it has a metal sleeve in the center of it and it is a really tight fit going on. i will need to use a hammer to get it on and im a little concerned that something isnt right. has anyone done this? any advice?

Hmmm not sure why there would be a metal sleeve inside the bushing. That doesn't look right. Where did you get that bushing from?

I don't find the sleeve weird, it will be a little more firm of a bushing, and should last longer, probably what you wanted. You may have to have a machine shop press it in.
