OME Mid or Heavy duty for my Jeep?

So, I'm getting ready to order my OME lift kit, but I don't know if I should get the MD or HD lift. All of you rocking this lift what would you reccommend for my Jeep? I have a 2006 4.7 Commander 4x4. Please comment and shoot me your ideas. I've been reading on it and it seems like most would recommend the hd, but I would like to make sure. Thank you .

HD it is. What's a good site to order it off of? I looked on rockyroad.com, but I read some stories about them. And thanks for the comments.

So, I just ordered the HD OME lift kit from RockyRoad and I can honestly say I am pretty exited even though I won't be enjoying it for a few more months. I have some wheels picked out, but they are going to be on hold for a month or so. I did notice on the webpage it listed: Item Number: OMEWKHD (meaning HD for WK). I seen it on other threads as well. So, I'm glad that I purchased the HD thanks to he feedback I got from you all. I can't wait to go home and see the finished product of my Jeep.
