Are Commander and Grand Cherokee suspension compatible?

I'm lowering my Jeep and I'm wondering if the Eibach 2007 GCSRT8 will work with our Commander? Someone back in the day told me they would but I didn't know for sure. Here's the link to them on Amazon

And if I'm going to lower it,I might as well space the wheels a little. Would these fit?

The suspension is the exact same one of the Commander (XK) and Grand Cherokee (WK)

They did make different coil springs for different engines though. So they have different spring rates but if the coil works for a grand Cherokee it should work fine for commander
