Rusty's 2" spring real world lift

Does anyone run the Rusty's 2" springs setup? I just dropped the hammer on their $50/set clearance deal, but it seems like most are only running the rear, and with a spacer. Do I need to leave in my current RC spacer to get it to where the RC got me? What is the real world lift of the Rusty's springs?

Well I know not in the front, I just didn't know about in the back. I want to run 5100's up front so I can make up whatever height I may loose, and get me to 23".
