Front chatter on ramps

Apologies if discussed before. 2006 Commander Limited Sport, 4.7 Quadra Trac II. 115K miles. Shop installed OME 2 HD lift, JBA uppers, replaced lowers, new bushings front diff, new tires (245/75/17), replaced all fluids. Alignment. Drives nice.

If a little too fast on 270 degree freeway on ramps, get chatter and vibration in left front. Goes away immediately after straightening out, not so much by slowing down. Similar result if stability control is turned off.

Assuming it is caused by lift and taller tires, but hoping for feedback on probable cause and if there is a solution. ABS? Limited Slip? Speed Sensor?

Thanks for the feedback.
