Question p0300 and p1128 4.7l

i am having trouble with these two. i have an 06 4.7 with 150k. i am getting misfires on bank 1 a few seconds after start up. it happens hot or cold.and only after pcm shuts down. there is also the p1128. i have good compression, new spark plugs, fuel pressure is a 60psi with pump on ( koeo) and 58 psi (koer). there is no misfire and i do achieve closed loop after a few min running. i think it could be the lash adjusters. i did replaced cly 8 both intake, and exhaust adjusters. thanks all for the help.
