some pictures of the wifes new commander

this is our frist jeep and frist 4x4. we bought it this weekend for the wife. paid a little over 28k and it's a '10 with about 13k on it. it's a V6 with the qt1

you can see the ft end of my daily driver a accent

Oh thats my little boy CJ staring in the pictures he is 5

Way to go and get it out in the sand box.

Regarding your original question, Russ, ie capability, I really believe, with a bit of common sense, the V-6 Commander will surprise most people.
Admittedly, mine is a QTII 4.7, but I needed a platform that would allow some towing.
I contend, as long as you aren't planning on hanging 5000 lbs off the bumper you will be satisfied.
I think a QTII V-6 would allow for some some fairly severe off road use but, judging by your photos, your setup should be fine.
At least you have the 5.0 to scratch the 'need for speed' itch, heh, heh.

Nice pics....ya got a good lookin boy there too.

Nice pictures. Just be sure to take it easy since you guys have never off roaded before (assuming you haven't with a 4x2). It would suck to flip/break it after just buying it. :-)
