Fresh snow, new load levelers

Finally after good advice I went with the f150 load levelers. I love to extra lift and more firm ride. Honestly they should come like this from factory lol.

Damn. It's snowing here? Guess I should go outside.

Looks really good. I decided a week or so ago that I was going to put these on. Glad you like them.

Are these an actual lift option from stock? How much do they cost and how hard is the install? Or do they need to be used with an existing lift?

For what it's worth, my part number is Monroe 58646
You showed Monroe 58643.

According to fitment guide, the 58643 will not fit the 07 Commander.

I bought mine from Amazon too. So check your part number!!

Thats the part number for the oem ones. I used f150 ones which give a slight lift.
