Aussie Diesel Commander in action

Here's a video taken in late Novemeber 2011.
When you fit the snorkle to these 3 liter V6 Mercedes diesels you can really hear the turbo cackle when you put them through their paces.
This engine has been chipped so it now gets about 600nm torque compared to 500nm out of the stock V8 5.7lt.

XH V6 3 liter diesel Commander: R/H steer, 2 1/2"OME rear lift, 3" front lift - Murchinson coils with steel spacers on top of struts, JeepinByAl upper control arms, Bilsien shocks, GDE chip, Custom low profile transmission cross member, Black alloys, 32 1/2" rubber , Provent crank case filter, custom rockrails, Custom rear bar, Custom front bar with driving lights, custom front bash plate, 12000lb recovery winch, aftermarket CD/Nav/DVD/Rear Cam system, Interior LEDs, HID lights

Thanks, It's a fibreglass rear bar I made myself in September last year. It's extremely light and very strong and can take some really hard knocks. I'm planning to make a similar front bar next.

Not a problem, send me a PM and we can catch up and maybe we could head up to the Glass house Mountains or somewhere near by for some 4x4ing.
