Looks really good. Wishing more that I'd done this than the Teraflex, but all it takes is money to change that!

I've been hooked on Jeeps since I took my LJ offroad for the first time. The wife opted for the XK over the GMC Envoy because it was a Jeep. CrzCajun can attest to seeing all of the scrapes on the skid plates. That was brutal. 2 inches will stay, probably permanently. I'm still trying to talk the wife into the larger tires, but we'll see about that.

The first front wheel probably took me about 10 hours to do, with CrzCajun helping for the last 2. The second one took about 1.5 hours, then again, we had figured out how to get the struts on and off. The rear took about 2 hours total.

Now, new tires...the Forteras are too low (60k miles) to do any offroading and have any luck getting through the trails.

You're welcome Lonestar. I had fun doing it. I think that if we were to put another lift on an XK we get it done a lot quicker. We also wasted a lot of time running our mouths.
